Our policies
Vaccination
For the safety of all pets and staff, we require that dogs are up to date on core vaccinations. Proof of vaccination may be requested prior to or at the time of your appointment. Pets that are not properly vaccinated may be required to reschedule.
Late
Clients that are more than 20 minutes late may be required to cancel and/or reschedule.
Cancelation
We require a 24 hour notice to reschedule an appointment.
Dematting fee ($10 / 15 mins)
If your pet requires extra brushing due to matting we may charge a fee for the extra time it takes. Dematting can be a stressful and painful process, please brush your pet's hair daily to avoid matted hair.
Special Handling
Pet(s) that bite, act aggressive, or require extra assistance to stand. Please inform us if your pet might require special handling, in particular if your pet has a history of biting or is aggressive towards other dogs.
